VHND reader, Paul Wilkinson adds, “I’m local to Manchester and have heard a few stories about this gig. The best one is that no one had really heard of VH and a lot of Sabbath fans were up in the bar getting drunk on ‘Newcastle Brown Ale’ (great drink) up in the bar while the support band was on. Suddenly a guy runs in and shouts, “Fucking Hell you all better get down here now and watch this kid play guitar!!!!!”
