Van Halen shut down part of Hollywood Blvd. to perform on Kimmel’s show to support their new live album, “Tokyo Dome Live in Concert,” and a recently announced summer tour (tickets go on sale this Saturday).
Over 6,000 die-hard fans turned up for the concert monday night, even though the vast majority had no way of acquiring tickets. It was the biggest live event Kimmel ever had.
