Aerosmith announces U.S. summer tour
Just announced: Aerosmith will be hitting the road this summer with the Cocked, Locked, Ready to Rock tour. An 18-city U.S. tour kicks off July 23 in Oakland, Calif. Tickets go on sale in select markets beginning Friday, June 4 at LiveNation.com.
The recently announced hometown Fenway Park date scheduled for August 14th sold out in 23 minutes. Aerosmith will be joined at the Fenway show by The J.Geils Band. Sammy Hagar and the Wabos will open 11 of the 16 shows. Other opening acts will be announced soon.
The starred dates are the ones featuring Sammy Hagar and Wabos as the openers.
