Note: Some people are asking if this is similar to the out-of-print “Guitar World Presents Van Halen” book published by Guitar World in 1997. Although 7 chapters are indeed exactly the same as the original book, half of the new book wasn’t in the old version. There are 4 new chapters which are taken from various Guitar World interviews that weren’t in the original book, plus 3 new “lost interviews” from ’78 – ’80 which were never published anywhere. Additionally, there are 14 photos which are new.
