Edward Lodewijk van Halen (Lodewijk is the Dutch version of Ludwig, as in Ludwig van Beethoven) was born in Nijmegen, Netherlands, on January 26th, 1955. Happy Birthday to the “King of Ten Fingers & Six Strings!”
