Wolfgang Van Halen announced on Instagram today that Mammoth WVH will be among the headliners of Buzzfest 2021.
The rock festival sponsored by radio station KTBZ-FM/94.5 (The Buzz) will take place on September 4th at Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, Texas. Headlining the event along with Mammoth WVH are The Offspring, Chevelle, P.O.D., Candlebox, Ayron Jones and more.
Tickets go on sale 10 a.m. Monday. For $129.50 fans will get into the standing-room-only pit. Reserved seating is $89.50, $59.50 and $39.50. Lawn admission is $25. The Mammoth WVH lineup is Wolfgang Van Halen (guitars/vocals), Ronnie Ficarro (bass/vocals), Jon Jourdan (guitars/vocals), Frank Sidoris (guitars) and Garret Whitlock (drums).
The long-awaited debut album from Wolfgang Van Halen, Mammoth WVH, will be available worldwide on June 11th via EX1 Records/ Explorer1 Music Group. It will include 13 tracks, plus a bonus song, “Distance”, the first Mammoth WVH release, which saw viral success late last year with a moving video filled with home-movie footage of Wolfgang’s late dad, Eddie Van Halen.
