Eddie Van Halen’s Widow Janie Posts Farewell: ‘My Heart And Soul Have Been Shattered Into A Million Pieces’

Just a few days ago the Van Halen News Desk posted Valerie Bertinelli’s emotional tribute to Eddie Van Halen. Today comes yet another heartbreaking farewell, this time from Eddie’s widow Janie who posted a photo of her and Eddie’s feet huddled together overlooking the ocean along with her moving farewell to her husband of 11 years:

Eddie proposed to Janie Liszewski in 2008. The two married in 2009 at his estate. The two walked down the aisle to Van Halen’s 1988 hit single “When It’s Love.” Wolfgang was his best man, his brother Alex officiated the ceremony while Bertenelli also attended.
