Sammy & Michael to take over the airwaves

Michael and SammyFrom Sammy’s website:

Sammy Hagar is set to host “Sammy’s Cabo Wabo Happy Hour” radio show in classic “Cabo Wabo” party fashion in support of his upcoming “Livin’ It Up Tour 2006.” Hagar, alongside radio veteran Tawn Mastrey, former Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony and Steve Harwell of Smash Mouth and VH1’s Surreal Life, will put on a show sure to entertain the most devout Sammy Hagar and The Wabos, Van Halen, and Montrose, fans.

While playing an array of party music ranging from The Red Hot Chili Peppers, to mariachi bands and country tunes, Hagar and his accomplices will “drunk dial” old buddies including Kenny Chesney, Emeril Lagasse, Toby Keith and many more. Hagar and cronies will reminisce of crazy party days with Van Halen and make for what is certain to be a “rockin’ good time” in support of his “Livin’ It up Tour 2006″ amphitheatre tour. The “Cabo Wabo Happy Hour” will air on radio stations across the country starting in April.
