Van Halen ‘House of Pain’ Drum Cover by Avery Molek

by VHND — updated December 8, 2017 Leave a Comment

Recently, we sent our favorite young drummer, Avery Molek, asked the readers of the Van Halen News Desk which Van Halen song they would like to see him cover in his next Van Halen video.

Well, today Avery released the first song he picked from the results… and naturally, it’s a great one… 1984’s “House Of Pain!” Watch him perform the drum cover, above, and tell us how you think he did!

Avery says, “Get the shirt I am wearing & ALL Van Halen gear & swag at VanHalenStore.com And a special Thank You to all the fans at the Van Halen News Desk for sending all the song requests!”

Do you like Avery’s shirt?  The Red Van Halen Logo on Navy Shirt is available in sizes for Toddlers/Kids, Youth, Adult, and even Baby Onesies. It’s a Limited Edition and Van Halen Store exclusive.

Our second feature on Avery shows video of him with guitarist Karl Golden jamming Van Halen’s “Panama”, and the video of his appearance on “Good Morning America” and ”LIVE with Kelly and Michael!”

Then came Avery’s epic covers of the Van Halen classics, “Girl Gone Bad!”  “Outta Love Again”  “I’m The One” “Everybody Wants Some” “5150” and “Hot For Teacher.” Check them all out by our links provided. You’ll be amazed!

Keep up with Avery with his website or facebook page. Thanks Avery, and keep on rockin’!
