As reported last night, David Lee Roth appeared on the Opie & Anthony show this morning.
The short audio clip above from this morning’s show contains Dave stating that Van Halen is planning many shows outside of the United States starting later this year.
“We’re going to be playing Europe — probably 50, 60 shows outside of the States, starting at the end of this year, and then come back around through the US..,” Roth said. He also implied that the Wisconsin Rock USA festival is a one-off, and there wouldn’t be any other U.S. shows until next year.
