Live Without A Net coming out on DVD?

Word is breaking that Van Halen's landmark 1986 live concert may finally be headed for DVD. After years of VHS-only distribution it appears that Japan may see our boys overrun "New Halen, CT" digital -style on July 22, 2004. If this comes to pass, fans around the globe are hopeful that it will mean release in their local markets in their compatible region codes.
