Doubts Emerge Over "Sammy Is Back" Rumour

After hearing and reporting the rumour that Sammy was back in Van Halen the other day, I sent off a few emails
to try to get more information from some of my old sources. One of the emails I sent was to a contact I've
known for many years who is very closely linked to a member of Sammy's band. This person is about as
closely linked as you can be.
I asked my contact if that band member could confirm or deny the part of the rumour that said Sammy's band had
been notified that he intended to rejoin Van Halen.
Sorry to say this Sammy fans, but my contact told me that Sammy has not told any of his band members
that he plans to rejoin Van Halen.
