in Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, California.
Journalists and news crews have been invited to attend so there will
hopefully be lots of media coverage over the coming days.
Song For Song, The Heavyweight Champs Of Rock 'N Roll will be a
national, co-headling tour.
New Gary Cherone Interview
In an interview published at Soundspike earlier today, Gary Cherone
confirmed that he would be interested in joining his fellow ex-Van Halen vocalists
on their tour:
Soundspike: Any truth to the rumors that you guys might be going out this
summer with Sammy and David Lee?
Cherone: I would want that more than anybody. The rumor came back to me that
Tribe of Judah was mentioned, so I called some of the people that I know ...
and one of 'em was Sammy. He was up for it. Whether we do it or not remains
to be seen. The politics of it ... well, you never know what goes on behind
closed doors. I called Sammy and I threw my hat in the ring, so they know
that I'm available if they decide to do it. The novelty is Sam and Dave, and
I think the fans will come out to see it ... but whether it lasts a week or
two months is anybody's guess.

Finally for today, thank you to everybody who pointed out that I
haven't yet plugged the fact that Dave has a new video on his
site. If you want to see an acoustic version of Mean Street
from Dave's forthcoming DVD, go to davidleeroth.com.
