DLR Tour Coming Soon!
November 5, 1998 - David Lee Roth last night attended the 29th birthday party of Sean Combs, better known as Puff Daddy. VHND correspondent Mitch Gerber was in attendance, and had the opportunity to speak with Dave and snap the accompanying photo. Dave said he will be touring "very shortly". Details will be announced soon. In anticipation, we've created our DLR Tour Page. The idea will be the same as our Van Halen tour page - fans who see a show are invited to submit reviews, set lists, photos, videos etc. 1999 is set to be another good year for fans of Van Halen and their ex-lead singers. It's possible that all three will be on the road, supporting new albums. We hope to provide maximum coverage of each album and tour.

Dave TV November 25, 1998 - David Lee Roth's official web site today announced the launch of the flamboyant frontman's new web site: Dave TV! The site will go live this Friday night at 7PM PST, with a one-off multimedia presentation of "never before heard, unreleased live vintage performances". Records fired up to four dozen employees last Friday, according to the Hollywood Reporter. Among those fired was Executive VP, Ted Templeman. Templeman is best known by Van Halen fans for producing the first six Van Halen albums, as well as David Lee Roth's Eat 'Em And Smile and Sammy Hagar's VOA.
