I can't wait to see what mammoth & cutting edge drum set up he has in store for us in the upcoming tour. This is fantastic news!! Diamond Dave & Van Halen is VAN HALEN!!!!!

But more importantly my favourite drummer of all time Alexander ‘The Great’ Van Halen is bringing back his cannon size bass drums!!!! I can’t wait to see what mammoth & cutting edge drum set up he has in store for us in the upcoming tour.

Its a no-brainer that Roth & Van Halen together is VAN HALEN. Just viewing for the promo clips VH just released for the 50th time I can't help but have a smile on my face at watching Diamond Dave doing his thing!! There's no secret about it Dave makes you feel!! And he does it superbly with kick ass music by the Van Halen's, thats the mighty Van Halen I grew up getting into trouble & partying with!!! P.S. I'm over the moon (more like howling!) that my favourite drummer the King Alex Van Halen is bringing back his cannon bass drums!!! Way more to do, way more culture, etc. About ten years ago I drove there to see King's X at a club called the "White Rabbit". Is that place still there? I'll never forget going to SA as a kid and seeing the Alamo, the Mission Trail, the Riverwalk, all for the first time. Great memories! I WILL see ya in SA this go round!! Get to Houston if ya can. I was not a hater ever but 20 years later in particular I never turn to the Sammy years music wise and the first 6 albums, heck I listen to them all the time. Again maybe that's an age thing. In 1978 or 1984 every other rock band WANTED to be VH and I don't think that is true during the Sammy years.
