Happy Holidays from Van Halen

The latest press release from the Van Halen camp:

A COOL YULE AND A ROCKIN’ NEW YEAR, VAN HALEN STYLE
VAN HALEN thanks you for an amazing year and more to come.

(Los Angeles, CA) December 19, 2007 – Amid the hustle and bustle of the holidays, VAN HALEN would like to wish everyone an amazing holiday season and say thanks for such steadfast support in 2007.
The past year has been one of the greatest in VAN HALEN history. And it wouldn’t have been possible without you. A place in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and award nominations were just a few of the VAN HALEN highlights.

But it was the 2007 tour that arguably became one of the most monumental rock events of the year and perhaps of all time. Eddie Van Halen, David Lee Roth, Alex Van Halen and Wolfgang Van Halen reinvigorated the band’s timeless tunes and brought arena rock pageantry back to the masses. As VAN HALEN readies for a much needed holiday break, it’s back on the road in 2008 to continue the tour the Hollywood Reporter calls”nothing short of spectacular.”

When Eddie tears into a trademark riff, Dave belts out an enduring line, Alex unleashes his thunder and Wolfgang lays down the groove, it’s the passionate reaction from you all that stokes the collective fire. For that, VAN HALEN remains forever grateful.

VAN HALEN wishes each and everyone Happy Holidays and a rockin’ New Year. We’ll see you in 2008!
