I emptied my wallet in 04 and and 07, damn right I did. And here's a another news flash from a Van Hagar fan....07 was a better show! Sure they didn't play some of my favorite VH, but what they did play was massive, loud and and it kicked ass! One of the last things your wrote about improv...I could not agree with you more. I tried. It hurt. I wish VH did a little more of that. It was one of Zep's most powerful weapons. I'm hoping the next VH tour will have more room for changing it up a little. Wolfie's a little older, more polished, and I really think that's the only reason the set list stayed static. Oh and BTW, I definitely "had a good time" at each show I went to!! Oh, Frank! Van Halen fans around the world would JUMP at the chance to see them in concert!! That’s the only thing that pisses me off with them; they never tour enough outside of the US!! Yet I hear someone like you moaning and crying that your wallet’s emptied by going to a Van Halen concert. Oh my heart doesn’t bleed for you!!! It was your choice! You didn't have to go, but you went instead!! Did you have a good time? Or we're you like those typical musicians and critics that stand at the back of the room trying to look cool and be serious!!! You got to lighten up, get a grip. Can’t get laid? Watch a porno...do something man before you miss out on all the good things life throws at you!!!
