I saw the Road Show in Seattle. Nobody should be talking smack on these guys for anything unless they saw one of these shows first. Ive been to many shows in my life and that one ranked in the top 5.

Number #1 you ask……Ozzy with Randy Rhodes, Paramount Theater in Seattle Early 80′s, Randy was off the charts….

I am excited for these guys that they are having fun and enjoying making music so late in their careers, but I’m not going to make the effort to go see them.

I am curious about the apparent contradiction between “We’re not playing Van Halen, Chili Peppers, Joe, nothing” and Sammy Hagar’s assertion that they will eventually split up the show into sections featuring the individual members.

Look Edd and joe are my favourite guitar players and this chickenfoot is a little over hyped but come on its kinda fun its like a band from the old days just four guys goofing around . All musicians today are too serious and afraid to actually talk or show they are having fun .Sure it ain`t led zeplin 1 or Van Halen 1 but it still sounds good . If they stick around I think the next album could be even better once they really get to know each other and actually get in a room together . This was a little rushed but it still rocks and surely now Edd will have to bring something out and forget this whole embarrasing sneaker thing . I think Sammy`s Cabo tequila sucsess got to him and now he is trying to compete he would stripe his shit if he could and sell it .

this cd is the shit.
avenida revolution is one of the best. if not the, best riff joe has ever written, and Hagar’s voice is incredible on this track. you gotta hear it. even his detractors should concede, he sounds unreal and the song is a classic.
the snippets we have heard are great, some hard to get the full scope of whats going on, but when you listen to the disc in full, this is a mighty, mighty effort and the production is fantastic.
they have not let anyone down, and at this stage of each of their respective careers, and the fact that NONE of them have to do this, to take this shot and go back to the clubs is awesome.
