Like Surfsno 2008 says: This is Sammy’s Eat Them and Smile” version, AND THAT IS THE BEST MUSIC THINK HAPPENED IN 2009, and the manner of advertisement and passion is like it used to be 23 years ago, in a days of Dave-Vai-Sheehan cooperation. Two CF songs I had a chance to hear are the best music offer of the moment and I’ve read that the rest of the CD is great peace of music too. THAT IS THE BEST THINK THAT COULD HAPPENED TO “VAN HALEN”, because this IS a big challenge for Edi and the boys.Edi to do what he does the best: TO SELECT THE BEST SONGS, THAN TO FIND THE BEST YOUNG PRODUCER AND GIVE US A NEW CD-DVD! It doesn’t have to be the best record ever, just honest energetic rock musuc. I WISH YOU ALL THE BEST OLD BOYS…to all of you!

I just want to say as a very long-time fan of VH, Sammy and Satch, my favorite VH era was with Hagar and I think with Joe they are going to break through to the next level – my only reservation is with their age. I’ve seen both Eddie and Joe live a few times and though granted Eddie has had his rough times Joe has *always* performed flawlessly. My only regret is that Chickenfoot did not form 20 years earlier.

Dude, I know there are some CF haters out there. Hell, Ive joined in the fun myself. I tell you this. Its been a long time since I have heard a band talking up an record and getting excited about it. This is truly nice. You know its quality shit. Sounds like a true rock band. I most happy for Joe. I have hung out with him a few times and he is a great guy. Im all in to the Chickenfoot now man.

Hey Phil, dont hold your breath on the VH studio reocrd though. Dont do that to yourself man.

sounds like they are having some fun…chickenfoot touring and eventually van halen going in the studio. gonna be a fun summer.
