The Exiled Half
Michael Anthony has posted a new message at his website, along with photos from his New Year’s Eve shows with Sammy at the Cabo Wabo Cantina.
From Mike’s site:
BETTER LATE THAN NEVER!
POSTED: 1/29/07We’ve put together a bunch of photos from the New Year’s Eve gigs at the Cabo Wabo in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico along with some shots from Kari’s 70’s themed Birthday Bash. Check it out below!
It just ain’t gonna be the same without Mikey … *sigh*
Meanwhile, WireImage has a slew of photos of Sammy and Food Network celebrity chef Guy Fieri cooking with—and, of course, drinking—Cabo Wabo Tequila at the Chop House in Santa Rosa, CA.
You can check out the pics here.
And click here to see a cool shot from Sammy’s website of Sam, Michael and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith hanging at the Cabo Wabo Cantina, where the three joined forces to perform under the name “Chickenfoot.” Rumor has it the trio may hit the studio.

I am deeply saddened by the changes. Michael should be a Van halen member but I see it might be hard for him to be happy because Eddie is shitty to him. God bless Michael on whatever he does and pray for Eddie.

It’s VH’s loss. I saw Michael with Sammy at a show in Kansas City, and Michael ripped on his bass, he was
awe-inspiring, he is playing better than ever. Although I think he and Sammy are a perfect match, I would like to see Michael start his own band.
