New Eddie Van Halen instrumentals, video
Last week, the starved Van Halen masses were dealt a huge surprise with the House of Petals thing … so imagine the shit storm this is gonna kick up:
Two new full-length Eddie Van Halen instrumentals and a music-video teaser of Eddie performing one of the new cuts have surfaced online.
Bear with us, because we’re trying to piece all of this together.
Here’s what we think the deal is:
Ed recorded the music for a forthcoming adult flick titled “Sacred Sin.” Based on footage shown in the movie teasers posted at the film’s official website, at least some, if not all, of the film was shot at Eddie’s estate in Studio City, California.
That’s all we know for now. We’ll keep you posted if/when more info becomes available.

Everytime some new music of Ed is released I am excited. Though lately, the musical disapointments have become more frequently. I am soo hoping he will sober up some day soon, if it was only for the people who love him soo much. Ed has the mind of a genius , that’s for sure. But his mind is clipping somehow now If you ask me. No chops, no riffs, no tone, no ” brown” sound, his playing today sounds like a chinese violin played backwards.
He ain’t half the musician he used to be…….but he will always be my hero, though with ears in my eyes.

I am sorry, love ya ED BUT , this video is cheeeeeesy. Cmon, I know you like to help friends out but you can do a hell of alot better than this . Fog and TV sets @!!??!?! This looks like a 1980 flock of seagulls video. Are you kidding me. You can do WAY better than this.

… i’ve always and always will LOVE Edward’s Playing…
He is the MASTER of all guitar…
He is one of My Biggest Inspirations…
and if anyone and i mean “anybody” who gets pissed off by any of his Choices he’s making in Life in VanHalen…
well, that just means he’s on the right track… as always…
but dont worry ED … the hardcore VH fans get it…
